Approve the image and proofing method
Confirm image resolution, crop, orientation and color reference before tooling and mass production. The approved proof should make clear what is being evaluated: content, layout, color or all three.
Confirm the physical puzzle specification
- Finished puzzle dimensions and piece count
- Board thickness and printed construction
- Cut style, piece size expectations and any special shapes
- Box, insert, bag and other included components
- Required packing sequence and final presentation
Review die cutting and piece handling together
Our automatic puzzle die-cutting equipment supports up to 1,000 pieces and boards up to 2 mm thick. Rated output reaches 3,500 sets per hour. A separate line handles puzzles from 24 to 2,000 pieces through optical scanning, scattering, debris removal and bag sealing. Rated output reaches 1,000 sets per hour, while actual production depends on the confirmed specification.
Define inspection expectations
Inspection should cover the printed image, cutting result, component completeness and packing configuration. If the project requires a particular sampling method, acceptance standard or product test, include it in the inquiry rather than assuming it applies automatically.
