Our press lineup includes a Roland full-sheet six-color press, a Heidelberg XL 105 five-color press and a Heidelberg XL 75 four-color press.

Card Collation & Packing

Computer-controlled collation includes missing-card and thickness detection before pack sealing.
Puzzle Processing

Optical scanning, scattering, debris removal and bag sealing are combined in one line.
Puzzle Die Cutting

Automatic die cutting supports puzzles up to 1,000 pieces and board thickness up to 2 mm.
Finishing & Conversion
Lamination, UV, mounting, die cutting and related processes prepare printed sheets for final assembly.

Automated gluing, window patching, box forming and manual assembly support final packing.
Rigid Box Forming
