What products does Much Printing manufacture?
Much Printing manufactures folding cartons, corrugated packaging, paper displays, jigsaw and 3D puzzles, paper game products, playing and game cards, collectible cards and related printed packaging.
Can Much Printing support product sampling?
Yes. Our engineering and sampling team uses Epson digital proofing and automatic sample-cutting equipment.
Which printing and finishing processes are available?
Available processes include offset printing, PP lamination, UV, spot UV, varnishing, foil stamping, embossing, mounting, die cutting and box gluing. Applicability depends on the product structure.
Can cards be sorted and packed automatically?
The Dongguan factory uses automatic card sorting, computer-controlled card collation, checking and pack-sealing equipment.
How are puzzle products processed?
Dedicated puzzle die-cutting and automated processing equipment is used for scattering, checking, debris removal and packing.
What quality testing is available?
The laboratory includes puncture, abrasion, bursting-strength, compression and color-rub or decolorization testing equipment. Applicable test methods should be confirmed for each project.
What certifications are available?
Available systems include ISO 9001, GMI, FSC, Sedex, BSCI and FAMA. Request current certificates, validity and scope for supplier qualification.
What is the standard MOQ or lead time?
MOQ and lead time are confirmed against the product specification and estimated quantity.
What should I include in an inquiry?
Include the product type, dimensions, estimated quantity, artwork status, materials or performance requirements, finishing, packing method and target schedule.
